Ice Lollies and Hot Chocolate Fridays - Volunteers Needed!

Every Friday during the school year the PTA sales treats to the students, during the warmer months we sell ice lollies and during the colder months, we serve Hot Chocolate. This is very much appreciated by both students and parents who volunteer. The first ice lollies of this school year is Friday 8th September and the cost is €1 (same for Hot chocolate). Revenue earned from ice lollies and Hot Chocolate give the PTA funds for other events for our community.

Hot Chocolate Friday and Ice Lollies are a great way to see the students during their school day and to meet other parents across the school.  Join the WhatsApp group HERE! The Ice Lolly and Hot Chocolate group is run by the amazing Valerie Rolloy!

PTA Clubs at Mougins School

The Hiking Club

The Hiking Club has been an active part of the PTA for many years. The WhatsApp group where the outings are communicated has close to 60 members!

The Ski Club

The Ski Club has fewer organised outings for its members than the Hiking Club but is an excellent forum to share skiing experiences in the area. The WhatsApp group where the outings are communicated has 70 members!

Dog Walking Club

Dog Walking Club is the newest PTA Club and started in december 2021. It already has close to 40 members. We organise Dog walks in the forest behind the school  1-2 times per week. It is a great way to spend time with 2, 3 and 4 legged friends outdoors.

PTA Business Parents Business Meetup

PTA Cycling Group - starting Thursday, September 21st


The Mougins School PTA cycling group is a new group for Mougins School parents and staff interested in cycling when the kids are at school.

 

Road rides are planned on Thursday mornings starting at Mougins school at 10 am (to avoid the commuter traffic) and sometimes at another location. Road ride length is usually 50km, and takes about 2.5 hours. We will occasionally do longer rides based on interest. Mountain bike rides are planned around the schedule of those interested, usually on Tuesdays. Electric bikes are welcome.

 

The rides are no drop, so if you are just getting back into cycling, or have done some other sports and you would like to ride, please join the WhatsApp group HERE!
