Treasurer - Open to Apply HERE
Treasurer is an Officer of the PTA, member of the PTA Leadership Team, and signing officer for the PTA bank accounts
Manage, control, and safeguard PTA funds
Maintain the books and records of all PTA financial activity
Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and use of funds)
Report to the Assembly at every AGM / OGM
Organise floats and ensure money is kept safely before and during events, and deposit receipts
Report income and expenditures after events
Maintain a relationship with the bank, receive monthly bank reports, and keep track of bank cards
Effect bank transactions and make payments according to the May 2021 PTA Spending Approval Policy
Communications Manager - Open to Apply HERE
Contribute to the PTA as a member of the Leadership Team
Maintain and secure the coordinates and personal information of members in accordance with European General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
Prepare and maintain a mailing list for the Newsletter and other email PTA communications
Make available the necessary details to Class Reps to include parents in their class WhatsApp groups and mailing lists
Maintain the @mougins-school-pta.com domain and its mailing addresses (IONOS)
Provide good writing and presentation skills for the preparation of various PTA communications
Prepare and edit the bi-weekly PTA Newsletter and ensure its timely mailing (using Mail Chimp)
Set-up and maintain the PTA Website
Set-up and maintain the PTA Marketplace
Food & Beverage Coordinator - Open to Apply HERE
Provides food and beverages as required for the various PTA activities and events
Ensures invoices and receipts are given to the Treasurer
Maintains food and beverage inventory in the PTA Room
Operations Manager / Secretary - Open to Apply HERE
Secretary is an Officer of the PTA and a member of the PTA Leadership Team
Prepare the agenda for and participate in the weekly Team Meetings, and take and circulate notes
Ensure follow-up of actionable items
Call Annual and Ordinary General Meetings and manage their organization
Prepare the agendas and other documents required for the AGM and OGM
Manage the election process for new Leadership Team members
Record attendance, prepare, obtain approval of, and distribute Minutes of the AGM and OGM
Register the required association documents with the Prefecture
Keep PTA files and documentation safe and accessible
The PTA has:
four officers: President, Vice-President, Treasurer,
and Secretary/Operations Manager.
three school coordinators: Primary, Middle, and Senior.
five support positions: Communications Manager, Community Liaison, Food and Beverage Coordinator, Parents Voluntary Contribution Coordinator, and Team Coordinator.
These 12 positions are elected by the PTA Assembly and are referred to as the PTA Leadership Team. Everyone on the Team is expected to participate and contribute to meeting PTA objectives in a collegial manner.
President
Register the list of Officers at the Prefecture
Chair Committee Meetings and General Meetings
Organize fund-raising events, support for teaching staff when necessary and any business relating to the Committee
Ensure the objectives of the Association are being met
Set up a system of Class Parents • To present the Annual Report to members at the Annual General Meeting
Ensure that articles for the newsletter are prepared when necessary
Vice-President
Give every assistance to the President in organizing fund-raising events and any other business relating to the Committee
Stand in for the President and chair any meetings when necessary
Fulfill the role of a Welcome Parent Co-Ordinator in conjunction with the Office

Set up and host meetings with the Primary Class Reps as required: plan the agenda, take notes, and distribute them to Primary Class Reps
Work with the Head of Primary to identify and agree on projects and initiatives, obtain funding, recruit volunteers, and collaborate on delivery
Middle School Coordinator
Contribute to the PTA as a member of the Leadership Team
Ensure all seven middle school classes have a Class Representative, offer training, and support
Coordinate communications with the Class Reps and the Head of Secondary
Organize and attend regular meetings with the Head of Secondary as required
Work with the Head of Secondary to identify and agree on projects and initiatives, obtain funding, recruit volunteers, and collaborate on delivery.
Senior School Coordinator
Contribute to the PTA as a member of the Leadership Team
Ensure all eight senior classes have a Class Representative, offer training, and support them
Coordinate communications with the Class Reps and the Head of Secondary
Assist with the registration, and understanding of GDPR information for new Parents
Organize and attend regular meetings with the Head of Secondary as required
Set up and host meetings with the Senior Class Reps as required: plan the agenda, take notes, and distribute them to Senior Class Reps
Work with the Head of Secondary to identify and agree on projects and initiatives, obtain funding, recruit volunteers, and collaborate on delivery
Parents Voluntary Contribution Coordinator / PVC Coordinator
Contribute to the PTA as a member of the Leadership Team
Ensure that the objectives of the PVC are met
Comply with the PVC Policy and Procedures
Manage the process and the projects according to the Assembly’s approval
Coordinate the four steps of the selection and approval process
Help deliver the projects and effect major expenditures
Forecast and track approved projects and expenditures using monthly individual project reports
Follow up on progress, keep track of spending, and communicate results
Communications Manager
Contribute to the PTA as a member of the Leadership Team

Manages a specific ‘in-language’ PTA WhatsApp group keeping everyone informed of school activities, events, etc in their own language
Encourages everyone in the community to participate in the school community
Hosts coffee mornings and other events to bring those who share a common language together

Provides food and beverages as required for the various PTA activities and events

Team Coordinator
Manage and oversee PTA OpenAir Movie Night events twice per year
Participate in PTA Leadership Team meetings and initiatives
Assist in the creation of an Event Template document and manage completion of these to create some easy guidelines for future PTA volunteers
Encourage parents to volunteer and help the PTA at events
